Shipping Information

Order Processing:

All ceramic pieces are handmade and prepared for shipment with care. Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after the purchase is completed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

 

Domestic Shipping (Australia):

We offer shipping across Australia via Australia Post. All orders are sent using Australia Post’s Express Post service, which covers all addresses within Australia. This service provides fast delivery, along with the following benefits:

- Tracking for your parcel

- Up to $100 compensation in the event of loss or damage

 

For orders over $300, we offer free delivery Australia-wide.

 

Shipping rates for parcels over 5kg (up to 22kg) are determined by either the weight or cubic weight, depending on which is greater, and the destination. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout.

 

International Shipping:

Yes, we ship internationally! International shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on the destination. If you would like an estimate for international shipping costs, please contact me via the Contact page, and I will provide you with a quote.

Please note that for international orders, the buyer is responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in your country.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the unique, handmade nature of our ceramics, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

 

However, in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please follow the steps below:

 

  1. Contact me via email at laurenhotson@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the damaged item and packaging.

   

I will review the information and work with you to resolve the issue, which may include providing a replacement or offering a store credit. Please note that any claims made outside the 48-hour window may not be eligible for resolution.

Additional Information

- Free AU-Wide Delivery for orders over $300.

- All parcels are shipped via Australia Post Express, including tracking and up to $100 compensation.

- International Shipping is available upon request; shipping costs and times vary based on location.

- No returns for change of mind; damages must be reported within 48 hours.
