Shipping & Returns Policy

 

Order Processing

All ceramic pieces are handmade and shipped with care. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

 

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Orders are shipped via Australia Post Express, which includes tracking and up to $100 compensation.
  • Free shipping is offered for orders over $500 within Australia.
  • Shipping rates are determined based on weight or cubic weight (for parcels over 5kg up to 22kg) and calculated at checkout.

 

International Shipping

Yes, we offer international shipping! For international orders:

  • Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Please contact us via the Contact page for an estimated quote.
  • For international orders, direct debit is required at checkout. We’ll confirm the shipping cost, which will be added to the order total. Shipment occurs once full payment has cleared.
  • Buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees in the destination country.

 

Returns & Refunds

Due to the unique, handmade nature of our ceramics, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If an order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Contact us at laurenhotson@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the item and packaging.

We will assess the claim and may offer a replacement or store credit. Claims outside the 48-hour window may not qualify for a resolution.

  • Free AU-wide shipping on orders over $500.
  • International shipping upon request, costs vary by location.
  • No returns for change of mind; damaged Goods must be reported within 48 hours.
