Beneath the Fallen Petals – Uncovering the Seeds of Surrender

August 14, 2025

Lauren Hotson’s latest solo exhibition, Beneath the Fallen Petals – Uncovering the Seeds of Surrender, will show at the Northern Rivers Community Gallery from August 21 to October 12, 2025. Hotson uses ceramic burial jars (textured with "Narratives of the Earth") and sculptural pieces featuring bone and driftwood adorned with porcelain botanicals to honour the ritual of endings and celebrate the quiet resilience found beneath life's final moments.
