Lauren Hotson is thrilled to be a finalist in the 2025 SWELL Art Prize for her large, hand-built vessel, Alchemy of the Earth. The work draws inspiration from the earth's transformative processes, using coiling and sculpting to reflect the deep connection between raw elements and the human spirit. Hotson's piece will be showcased in the prestigious national exhibition, which celebrates artistic excellence and runs from March 14th to March 23rd, 2025, on the Gold Coast.
